As always, I'd like to leave a glowing review of this specific Starbucks because it's the only one I'll go to if I can. The staff here are very friendly and I feel that I've gotten to know them throughout my time coming here. If you haven't picked up on it yet, I am a lover of the pink drink and I'm very particular with how it is made (light pink with extra coconut milk, but not too much that it's white!) and this location gets it right nearly every time! I say nearly because I really am very picky (you know how it is when you have a favorite treat that has to be just right) and they do their absolute best to make it perfectly. I love when I pull up to the drive through and their first words are, "does the color look ok?" with a smile on their face because they know me so well and truly care about customer service. They are so accommodating to making my drink perfect, more so than any other Starbucks location, that it's left such an impression on me. I can be quite critical with reviewing establishments, and they get a five stars from me. I'd like to note that Javi and Matthew (and Luis who I think is at the Robbinsville location now) take such great care of me by making sure my drink is perfect every single time! They are truly hardworking individuals. I have written to corporate several times to praise their hard work and ask management to pass it along to them. Thank you all for all that you do!
